Shannon: When I was young I slept in a tree, dangling from a tent. My parents took the family on a lot of trips because they were both nature photographers. For a while when we were young we never got to see them, but then one trip we were finally allowed to come along. I loved it. Maybe because we got to see so much beauty, or maybe just because it was nice to be a family again.
